I believe that good usability is common sense, mixed with good planning, innovative ideas and industry standard skills. When these elements are brought together successfully the results will be relevant, engaging and will ultimately save your business money.
This has been my focus in the consulting world for the past 4 years. From bid support, client buy-in and user workshops, to prototyping, visual design and final UI delivery across multiple technologies.
Involvement in the whole process has enabled me to always deliver the desired solution, avoid pitfalls along the way, and at all times support the marriage between business satisfaction and user satisfaction.
